No diretório raiz crie uma pasta chamada ".env" com o seguinte conteúdo: DB_CONNECTION_STRING=mongodb+srv://admin:DevelWeatherCode@users.hb6zuiw.mongodb.net/DevelWeather?retryWrites=true&w=majority

Para iniciar o servidor agora você deverá digitar "npm run dev".
